Application effect of comprehensive intervention in primary liver cancer patients undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive intervention in primary liver cancer pa-tients undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization.Method A total of 104 primary liver cancer patients under-going transcatheter arterial chemoembolization were divided into conventional intervention group and comprehensive in-tervention group, with 52 cases in each group. The gastrointestinal function recovery indexes, nosocomial infection,men-tal state[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The first exhaust time, first defecation time and bowel sound recovery time in the comprehensive intervention group were shorter than those in the conventional intervention group(P<0.01).The total incidence of nosocomial infection in the comprehensive interven-tion group was 3.85%,which was lower than 15.38%in the conventional intervention group(P<0.05).After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores in the comprehensive intervention group were lower than those in the conventional intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of SF-36 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the scores of the comprehensive intervention group were higher than those of the con-ventional intervention group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complica-tions in the comprehensive intervention group was 3.85%,which was lower than 26.92%in the conventional intervention group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention in primary liver cancer patients undergoing transcatheter arteri-al chemoembolization can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function, improve mental state and quality of life, and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and complications.
