Application effect of diversified continuous intervention on the rehabilitation of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of diversified continuous intervention on the rehabilitation of upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery.Method A total of 96 patients with breast cancer after surgery were divided into control group(n=47)and study group(n=49)according to different intervention methods. The control group was received conventional intervention, and the study group was received diversified continuous intervention on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction, upper limb functional activity[disability of arm, shoulder and hand(DASH)]and upper limb lymphedema were compared between the two groups.Result The total satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.96%,which was significantly higher than 80.85%of the control group, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.01).After intervention, the DASH scores of the both groups were significantly lower than those before interven-tion,the DASH score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the upper limb lymphedema in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Diversified continuous intervention can reduce upper limb lymphedema after breast cancer surgery, promote the recovery of upper limb function and improve the satisfaction of patients, which is wor-thy of clinical application.
