Efficacy of compound Banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy in triple-negative breast cancer patients and its effect on immune function
Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound Banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy in tri-ple-negative breast cancer patients and its effect on immune function.Method A total of 122 patients with triple-nega-tive breast cancer were divided into control group(n=57,received chemotherapy alone)and observation group(n=65,re-ceived compound Banmao capsule combined chemotherapy)according to different treatment methods.The clinical effica-cy,tumor markers[carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 15-3(CA15-3)],immune function indicators(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+)and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the CA125 and CA15-3 levels in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the CA125 and CA15-3 levels in the obser-vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of CD8+were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse re-actions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compound Banmao capsule combined with chemotherapy can im-prove the efficacy in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer patients,reduce the levels of tumor markers,improve the immune function,without increasing adverse reactions.
