Effect of interactive intervention mode on nutritional indexes, psychological status, and quality of life of laryngeal cancer patients undergoing surgery
Objective To explore the effect of interactive intervention mode on nutritional indexes, psychological sta-tus,and quality of life of laryngeal cancer patients undergoing surgery.Method A total of 114 patients with laryngeal cancer undergoing surgery were divided into control group(n=57)and observation group(n=57)according to different in-tervention methods. The patients in the control group received routine intervention, while the patients in the observation group received interactive intervention on the basis of the control group. The nutritional indexes[hemoglobin(Hb),albu-min(ALB),prealbumin(PAB)],psychological status[symptom check list-90(SCL-90)],quality of life[University of Washington quality of life(UW-QOL)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After interven-tion,the levels of Hb,ALB and PAB in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of Hb,ALB and PAB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the somatization, depression and anxiety scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the dimensional scores of UW-QOL and to-tal scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, with higher scores in the observation group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the ob-servation group was 98.25%,significantly higher than 80.70%of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Interactive in-tervention mode can improve the nutritional status, psychological status, quality of life, and satisfaction of laryngeal can-cer patients undergoing surgery.
