Effect of multiple intervention on self-care ability, negative emotions and complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy
Objective To investigate the effect of multiple intervention on self-care ability, negative emotions and complications in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy.Method A total of 105 patients with laparo-scopic radical cholecystectomy were divided into observation group(n=55,multiple intervention)and control group(n=50,conventional intervention)according to different intervention methods.Postoperative recovery indicators, negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],self-care ability[exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)]and complications were compared between the two groups.Result The postoperative ex-haust time, getting out of bed activity time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Fourteen days after intervention, the dimensional scores of ESCA in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the dimensional scores of ES-CA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Fourteen days after intervention, the scores of HAMA and HAMD in both groups were lower than those before in-tervention,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the dif-ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.64%,which was lower than 16.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application value of multiple intervention in patients with laparoscopic radical cholecystectomy is high, which can improve patients'negative emotions, enhance self-care ability, and reduce the incidence of postopera-tive complications.
