Effect of holistic intervention mode of operating room on negative emotions, complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of holistic intervention mode of operating room on negative emotions, complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery.Method A total of 120 patients with liver cancer receiving interventional surgery were divided into control group(n=56)and observation group(n=64)according to the different intervention modes. The control group received routine interven-tion mode of operating room during the perioperative period, while the observation group received holistic intervention mode of operating room during the perioperative period. The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],complications and nursing satisfaction[Newcastle satisfaction with nurs-ing scale(NSNS)]of the two groups were compared.Result After surgery, the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were significantly lower than those before surgery, and the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significant-ly lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications after surgery in observation group was 17.19%,which was lower than 35.71%in control group, and the dif-ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups were signifi-cantly higher than those before surgery, and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score of the observation group was significantly high-er than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).At discharge, the nursing satis-faction of the observation group was 98.44%,which was higher than 85.71%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Holistic intervention mode of operating room can significantly reduce the anxiety and depression of patients with liver cancer after interventional surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
