Application effect of precise intervention in operating room in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer
Objective To explore the application effect of precise intervention in operating room in patients undergo-ing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Method A total of 100 gastric cancer patients who underwent radical gastrec-tomy were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention methods, with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, while patients in the observation group received precise intervention in operating room on the basis of the control group. The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],physiological stress response indicators[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),heart rate(HR)],quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)],inci-dence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After inter-vention,the SBP,DBP and HR in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, the SBP,DBP and HR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the physiological function, body pain, emotional function and mental health scores in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the physiological function, body pain, emotional function and mental health scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise intervention in operating room can effectively reduce the physiological and psycho-logical stress response of patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer, reduce the incidence of complica-tions,and improve the quality of life and satisfaction.
