Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of patients with lung cancer and its influence on immune function
Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technology combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of patients with lung cancer and its influence on immune function.Method A total of 82 patients with lung cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with deep hyperthermia,and the observation group was treated with deep hyperthermia combined with TCM appropriate technology.The Karnof-sky performance status(KPS)score,TCM syndrome score,immune function indexes and adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Result After 4 weeks of intervention,the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than those before the intervention,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM syndromes scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the CD4+level and CD4+/CD8+of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the CD8+levels were lower than those before intervention,and the CD4+level and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclu-sion TCM appropriate technology combined with deep hyperthermia can improve the KPS score of lung cancer pa-tients,help to reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the immune function,and does not increase the incidence of ad-verse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
