摘要

目的 探讨中医适宜技术联合深部热疗治疗肺癌患者的疗效及对免疫功能的影响.方法 将82例肺癌患者根据治疗方法的不同分对照组与观察组,每组41例.对照组采用深部热疗,观察组采用深部热疗联合中医适宜技术.比较两组患者的卡氏功能状态(KPS)评分、中医证候积分、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生情况.结果 干预4周后,两组患者KPS评分均较干预前升高,各中医证候积分均较干预前降低,且观察组患者KPS评分高于对照组,各中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预4周后,两组患者CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均较干预前升高,CD8+水平均较干预前降低,且观察组患者CD4+水平及CD4+/CD8+均高于对照组,CD8+水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 中医适宜技术联合深部热疗能提高肺癌患者的KPS评分,有助于降低中医证候积分,改善免疫功能,且未增加不良反应发生率,值得推广应用.

Abstract

Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)appropriate technology combined with deep hyperthermia in the treatment of patients with lung cancer and its influence on immune function.Method A total of 82 patients with lung cancer were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with deep hyperthermia,and the observation group was treated with deep hyperthermia combined with TCM appropriate technology.The Karnof-sky performance status(KPS)score,TCM syndrome score,immune function indexes and adverse reactions were com-pared between the two groups.Result After 4 weeks of intervention,the KPS scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the TCM syndrome scores were lower than those before the intervention,the KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the TCM syndromes scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the CD4+level and CD4+/CD8+of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the CD8+levels were lower than those before intervention,and the CD4+level and CD4+/CD8+of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the CD8+level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclu-sion TCM appropriate technology combined with deep hyperthermia can improve the KPS score of lung cancer pa-tients,help to reduce the TCM syndrome score,improve the immune function,and does not increase the incidence of ad-verse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application.
