Application effect of efficient cooperation intervention in the operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer radical surgery
Objective To analyze the application effect of efficient cooperation intervention in the operating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer radical surgery.Method A total of 220 rectal cancer surgery patients were divided into control group and observation group based on different intervention measures in the operating room, with 110 patients in each group. The control group received routine operating room intervention, while the observation group received efficient cooperation intervention in the operating room. The surgical related indicators, psychological stress[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],physiological stress indicators[endothelin(ET),C-reactive protein(CRP)],and satisfaction with operating room work were compared between the two groups.Result The surgical time, first postoperative exhaust time, and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the intraoperative bleeding was significantly less than that in the control group, and the one day after surgery visual analogue scale(VAS)score was significantly lower than that in the control group, the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Five days after surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of both groups were lower than those of the one day before surgery, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after surgery, the levels of ET and CRP in both groups were higher than those of the one day before surgery, while the levels of ET and CRP in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satis-faction rate with operating room work in the observation group was 100%,which was higher than 94.55%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The efficient cooperation intervention in the op-erating room for patients undergoing laparoscopic rectal cancer radical surgery can effectively improve their psychologi-cal and physiological stress indicators, promote postoperative recovery, and increase patient satisfaction with operating room work.
