Differential diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in benign and malignant breast lesions
Objective To investigate the differential diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in be-nign and malignant breast lesions.Method A total of 74 suspected breast cancer patients were selected and underwent molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound examinations, the imaging characteristics of molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound examinations were compared.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard, the differential diagnostic value of molybdenum target X-ray and color Doppler ultrasound examination for be-nign and malignant breast lesions were analyzed.Result The pathological examination showed that there were 52 pa-tients of breast cancer and 22 patients of benign breast lesions. The consistency between the color Doppler ultrasound ex-amination and pathological examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer(Kappa=0.840)was higher than the molybde-num target X-ray examination(Kappa=0.580).The accuracy, specificity, sensitivity, positive predictive value, and nega-tive predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of molybdenum target X-ray examination. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination has high differential diagnos-tic value for benign and malignant breast lesions and can clearly reflect the imaging characteristics of various lesions, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
