Application value of mind map guided intervention in multi-slice spiral CT enhanced scanning of lung cancer patients
Objective To explore the application value of mind map guided intervention in multi-slice spiral CT en-hanced scanning of lung cancer patients.Method According to different intervention methods,80 lung cancer patients were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group patients received routine guided intervention, while the observation group patients received mind map guided intervention. The CT image quality, psychological status[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],examination com-pliance rate, and satisfaction with medical staff were compared between the two groups.Result The excellent rate of CT images in the observation group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the HAMD and HAMA scores of the observation group were lower than those of the con-trol group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination total compliance rate of the obser-vation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically signif-icant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of towards the guidance attitude, timeliness, and correctness of medical staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.01).Conclusion Mind map guided intervention can improve the image quality of multi-slice spiral CT en-hanced scanning in lung cancer patients, alleviate negative psychological status, and improve examination compliance and satisfaction with medical staff.
