Application effect of psychological intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of psychological intervention in patients undergoing laparo-scopic radical prostatectomy.Method A total of 146 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical prostatectomy were di-vided into control group(n=73)and observation group(n=73)according to different perioperative intervention methods.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and patients in the observation group received psychological intervention based on the control group. The hemodynamic indexes, pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],stress re-sponse indexes[cortisol(Cor),interleukin-6(IL-6)],psychological states[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life ques-tionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result One hour after surgery, the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the two groups were higher than those before surgery, and the mean arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two hours after surgery, the VAS score and Cor,IL-6 levels in the control group were higher than those before surgery, the VAS score and Cor,IL-6 levels in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the HAMA and HAMD scores in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were significantly higher than those before intervention, and the scores in the observation group were sig-nificantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total inci-dence rate of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the total nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the hemodynamic indexes and psychological state of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, reduce pain degree, complications and stress reaction, and im-prove the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
