Diagnostic value of ultrasound,carbohydrate antigen 125Ⅱ and carbohydrate antigen 153Ⅱ in breast cancer
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of ultrasound,carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)Ⅱ and carbo-hydrate antigen 153(CA153)Ⅱ in breast cancer.Method A total of 93 breast disease patients with breast imaging report-ing and data system(BI-RADS)grade 4 and above were selected.All patients underwent ultrasound,CA125Ⅱ,and CA153Ⅱ detection.The BI-RADS grades of breast disease patients with different ultrasound signs were compared,and the levels of CA125Ⅱand CA153Ⅱ in patients with benign breast disease and breast cancer were compared.The Kappa test was used to analyze the consistency between the results of ultrasound,CA125Ⅱ,CA153Ⅱ single and combined detec-tion in diagnosing breast cancer and the pathological examination results.The receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was plotted and the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated to analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound,CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ single and combined detection in breast cancer.Result Among the 93 patients,85 patients with breast cancer and 8 patients with benign breast disease.There were statistically significant differences in BI-RADS grades among breast disease patients with different tumor morphology,calcification,burr sign,internal echo,vascular sign and aspect ratio(P<0.05).The levels of CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ in breast cancer patients were significantly higher than those in patients with benign breast disease,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The Kappa value between ultrasound,CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ combined detection and pathological examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.708,which was higher than 0.472,0.430 and 0.411 of the single detection.ROC curve showed that the AUC of ultra-sound,CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ combined detection in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.908,which was higher than 0.804,0.855 and 0.799 of the single detection.The sensitivity of ultrasound,CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ combined detec-tion in the diagnosis of breast cancer was 0.941,which was higher than 0.859,0.835 and 0.847 of the single detection.Conclusion The expression of CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ are higher in breast cancer patients,and ultrasound,CA125Ⅱ and CA153Ⅱ combined detection had high diagnostic value for breast cancer.
