Application effect of staged cognitive behavioral intervention in chemotherapy patients with non-small cell lung cancer
Objective To explore the application effect of staged cognitive behavioral intervention in chemotherapy patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Method According to different intervention methods,100 non-small cell lung cancer chemotherapy patients were divided into control group(n=42)and observation group(n=58).The control group re-ceived routine intervention, while the observation group received staged cognitive behavioral intervention based on the control group. The psychological states[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],compliance behavior, satisfaction, incidence of adverse reactions, and time of hospital stay were compared be-tween the two groups.Result After the intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of all dimensions of the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale were higher than those before inter-vention,the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of the EORTC QLQ-C30 scale were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statis-tically significant(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group was 100%,which was significantly higher than 80.95%in the control group(P<0.01),the satisfaction was 100%,which was significantly higher than 83.33%in the con-trol group(P<0.01),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was 8.62%,which was significantly lower than 35.71%in the control group(P<0.01).The hospitalization time of the observation group patients was(24.13±2.04)days,which was significantly shorter than(28.25±2.32)days of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of staged cognitive behavioral intervention in chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer patients can improve compliance, satisfaction, and quality of life,as well as improve their negative psychological state.
