Application effect of risk prevention intervention in operating room in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of risk prevention intervention in operating room in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery.Method A total of 120 liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery were divided into control group(n=60,routine intervention)and observation group(n=60,risk prevention inter-vention in operating room)according to different intervention methods. The negative emotions[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],quality of life[the MOS 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)],in-cidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in both groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and dimensional scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than those before intervention, the scores of HAMD and HAMA in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and dimensional scores of SF-36 were significantly higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications of obser-vation group was lower than that of control group, and the total satisfaction rate was higher than that of control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of risk prevention intervention in op-erating room in liver cancer patients undergoing interventional surgery can alleviate their negative emotions, improve quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications, thereby increasing the satisfaction.
