Application effect of 3D laparoscopy in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy
Objective To investigate the application effect of 3D laparoscopy in patients undergoing radical gastrecto-my.Method A total of 80 gastric cancer patients undergoing radical gastrectomy were divided into the study group(n= 40,3D laparoscopy)and the control group(n=40,conventional 2D laparoscopy)according to the different laparoscopic equipments during operation. The perioperative indexes, complications, pain condition[visual analogue scale(VAS)],in-flammatory factor indexes, and the quality of life[World Health Organization quality of life-BREF(WHOQOL-BREF)]were compared between the two groups.Result The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group, the operation time, the first exhaust time, the postoperative bed time and the postoperative hospital stay time were shorter than those in the control group, and the total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 1st day after operation,VAS scores in two groups were higher than those before operation(P<0.05),the VAS score in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the 2nd and 3rd day after operation, the VAS scores in two groups showed a down-ward trend, and the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 1st,2nd,and 3rd day after operation, the C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels in two groups were higher than those before operation, the C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation, the dimensional scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the two groups were higher than those before operation, and the dimensional scores of WHOQOL-BREF in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 3D laparoscopy in patients undergoing radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer has good application ef-fect,which can promote the recovery of patients after surgery, reduce the incidence of complications and postoperative in-flammatory factors, alleviate postoperative pain, and improve the quality of life.
