Application effect of high-quality intervention in operating room in patients with early esophageal cancer radical surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality intervention in operating room in patients with early esophageal cancer radical surgery.Method According to different intervention methods,102 patients with early esophageal cancer radical surgery were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=51),the control group received routine intervention, the observation group received high-quality intervention in operating room on the ba-sis of the control group. The surgical related indicators, stress response indicators[systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, arterial oxygen saturation(SaO2)],psychological status[self-rating depression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],and quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]were compared between the two groups.Result The postoperative awaken-ing time and extubation time of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After surgery, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, and SaO2 of the two groups were higher than those before surgery, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery, there was no significant difference in SaO2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of all dimensions of EORTC QLQ-C30 scale were higher than those before intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the scores of all dimensions of EORTC QLQ-C30 scale were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion High-quality intervention in operating room can be applied to early esophageal cancer patients, which is beneficial for reducing surgical stress response, improving patients'adverse psychological status, and improving their quality of life.
