Effects of intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model on the psychological resilience,cancer-related fatigue, and quality of life of postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma
Objective To explore the effects of intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model on the psycho-logical resilience,cancer-related fatigue, and quality of life of postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma.Method A total of 93 postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma were divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=47)according to different treatment methods. The control group received routine intervention, and the observa-tion group received intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model. The psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)],cancer-related fatigue degree[cancer fatigue scale(CFS)],and quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)]were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the CD-RISC scores were higher than those before intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the observation group were low-er than those of the control group, and the CD-RISC score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the behavior, perception, cognition, and emotion scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the behavior, perception, cognition, and emotion scores of the observa-tion group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the scores of physical function, emotional function, social function, and cognitive function in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of physical function, emotional function, social function, and cogni-tive function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention based on chronic disease trajectory model can improve the psycholog-ical resilience and negative emotion of postoperative chemotherapy patients with glioma, reduce cancer-related fatigue, and improve their quality of life.
