Application effect of whole-course diversified education mode combined with humanistic care intervention in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma
Objective To explore the application effect of whole-course diversified education mode combined with humanistic care intervention in patients with advanced hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Method A total of 104 patients with advanced HCC were divided into control group(n=52,received conventional intervention)and observation group(n=52,received whole-course diversified education mode combined with humanistic care intervention)according to dif-ferent intervention methods. The negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)],sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],cancer-related fatigue[brief fatigue inventory(BFI)],quali-ty of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],family members uncertainty, family members satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of SAS,SDS,PSQI and BFI in both groups were lower than those be-fore intervention, the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores were higher than those before intervention, the scores of SAS,SDS,PSQI and BFI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the EORTC QLQ-C30 score was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the uncertain-ty scores of family members in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the uncertainty score of family members in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and family members total satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The whole-course diversified education mode combined with humanistic care intervention can improve the negative emotions of advanced HCC patients, improve the sleep quality, quality of life of patients and family members satisfaction, alleviate cancer-related fatigue, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and family members uncertainty.
