Effect of refined intervention based on risk management on postoperative risk event and quality of life in patients with glioma
Objective To explore the effect of refined intervention based on risk management on postoperative risk event and quality of life in patients with glioma.Method A total of 105 patients with glioma surgery were divided into control group(n=51)and observation group(n=54)according to different intervention methods.Patients in the control group were given routine intervention, while patients in the observation group were given refined intervention based on risk management. The postoperative recovery, incidence of postoperative risk events, incidence of complications and qual-ity of life were compared between the two groups.Result The time of first defecation, first ambulation and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically signif-icant(P<0.01).The total incidence of postoperative risk events and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of physical function, emotional function, social function, cognitive function and role function of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the above scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined intervention based on risk management in postoperative patients with glioma can reduce the incidence of postoperative risk events and com-plications,improve the quality of life, and promote the postoperative rehabilitation.
