Analysis of psychological resilience level in patients with cervical cancer after surgery and its influencing factors
Objective To analyze the psychological resilience level in patients with cervical cancer after surgery and its influencing factors.Method A total of 140 patients underwent cervical cancer surgery were selected.The level of postoperative psychological resilience of cervical cancer patients was evaluated by Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),and the influencing factors were analyzed by Logistic regression model.Result The CD-RISC score of cervical cancer patients after surgery was(61.78±6.68)points,of which the toughness score was(32.54±3.26)points,the self-im-provement score was(19.56±2.16)points and the optimism score was(9.68±1.26)points.Multivariate Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that monthly income,understanding of the disease,education level,tumor metastasis and comor-bidities were all influencing factors of postoperative psychological resilience in patients with cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of postoperative psychological resilience in patients with cervical cancer is low.Monthly income,understanding of the disease,education level,tumor metastasis and comorbidities are all influencing factors of postopera-tive psychological resilience in patients with cervical cancer.
