Diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in lymph node metas-tasis of ovarian cancer.Method A total of 98 patients with ovarian cancer were selected and underwent preoperative col-or Doppler ultrasound examination.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard, the blood flow grading and color Doppler ultrasound examination imaging characteristics were compared between the ovarian patients with lymph node metastasis and without lymph node metastasis, and the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound examina-tion for lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer patients were evaluated.Result The pathological examination results showed that, among 98 ovarian cancer patients,56 cases had lymph node metastasis and 42 cases without lymph node me-tastasis.Compared to patients without lymph node metastasis, ovarian cancer patients with lymph node metastasis had richer blood flow signals, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of round nodules,cen-tral necrosis, and capsule invasion in ovarian cancer patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis, and the size of the nodule was significantly larger than that in patients without lymph node metastasis, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The sensitivity,specificity,ac-curacy,positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound examination in diagnosing lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer patients were 96.43%,97.62%,96.94%,98.18%,and 95.35%,respectively.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound examination has a certain diagnostic value for lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer patients, which can clearly display the blood flow status of the lesion.
