Application effect of high-quality intervention in operating room in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of high-quality intervention in operating room in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery.Method A total of 108 patients with liver cancer undergoing inter-ventional surgery were divided into control group(n=54,conventional intervention in operating room)and observation group(n=54,high-quality intervention in operating room)according to different intervention methods. The postoperative indexes[anesthesia recovery time, visual analogue scale(VAS)score, hospital stay time],negative emotions[Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)],incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The anesthesia recovery time and hospital stay time in the observation group were sig-nificantly shorter than those in the control group, the VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention, and the HAMD and HAMA scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the total satisfaction rate was high-er than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality intervention in operating room in patients with liver cancer undergoing interventional surgery can promote the postoperative recovery of patients, relieve the postoperative pain of patients, improve patients'negative emotions,re-duce the incidence of complications, and thus improve patients'satisfaction.
