Application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention in patients undergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy
Objective To investigate the application effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention in patients un-dergoing robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy(LRH).Method A total of 85 patients underwent robot-assist-ed LRH were divided into observation group(n=44,rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention)and control group(n=41,conventional intervention)according to different intervention methods, and the postoperative recovery, pain condition[vi-sual analogue scale(VAS)],negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)]and in-cidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result The first exhaust time, first getting out of bed time, first defecation time, postoperative hospitalization time and drainage tube removal time in observation group were shorter than those in control group, the total incidence of complications was lower than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 h,24 h and 3 days after surgery, the VAS scores in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in two groups were lower than those before intervention, the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation surgical intervention in patients undergoing robot-assisted LRH has significant ef-fects,which can promote rapid postoperative recovery of patients, reduce postoperative pain, alleviate patients'anxiety and depression, and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
