初善仪宫颈癌筛查系统对早期宫颈癌的诊断价值

目的 评估初善仪宫颈癌筛查系统(TS)对早期宫颈癌的诊断价值.方法 选取接受宫颈癌筛查的100例女性,均接受TS检查、液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)、人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测以及组织病理学检查.以病理结果为金标准,分析TS对早期宫颈癌的诊断价值.结果 TS诊断早期宫颈癌的准确度为84.00%,与病理结果的一致性Kappa值为0.75(P﹤0.01).TCT和HPV诊断早期宫颈癌的准确度均为76.00%,均低于TS.TS、TCT、HPV诊断早期宫颈癌的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.772、0.728、0.712,与TCT和HPV相比,TS的AUC更大.TS诊断低级别鳞状上皮内病变(LSIL)的灵敏度为77.78%,诊断高级别鳞状上皮内病变(HSIL)的灵敏度为87.50%.结论 TS在早期宫颈癌诊断方面具有较高的准确度和可靠性,该系统可以提供可靠的早期筛查结果,有助于早期发现宫颈病变,提高宫颈癌的诊断准确度,为患者提供更好的治疗和管理策略.
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of TruScreen(TS)in early cervical cancer.Method A total of 100 women who underwent TS examination,thin-prep cytology test(TCT),human papilloma virus(HPV)test and his-topathology examination were selected.The diagnostic value of TS in the early cervical cancer was analyzed with the pathological results as the gold standard.Result The accuracy of TS in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer was 84.00%,and the consistency Kappa value with pathological results was 0.75(P<0.01).The accuracy of TCT and HPV in diagnosing early cervical cancer were both 76.00%,which were lower than that of TS.The area under the curve(AUC)of TS,TCT and HPV in diagnosing early cervical cancer were 0.772,0.728 and 0.712,respectively,and the AUC of TS was larger than that of TCT and HPV.The sensitivity of TS for diagnosing low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(LSIL)was 77.78%,that for diagnosing high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)was 87.50%.Conclusion TS has high accuracy and reliability in the diagnosis of early cervical cancer.This system can provide reliable early screening re-sults,help early detection of cervical lesions,improve the diagnostic accuracy of cervical cancer,and provide better treat-ment and management strategies for patients.
