Effect of standardized mode combined with 3H intervention on sleep quality, mental state and stress response indexes in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery
Objective To explore the effect of standardized mode combined with 3H intervention on sleep quality, mental state and stress response indexes in patients undergoing gastric cancer surgery.Method A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer surgery were divided into conventional group(n=39,conventional intervention)and 3H group(n=41,standardized mode combined with 3H intervention)according to the different intervention methods. The postoperative re-covery indexes, sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],mental state[self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],stress response indexes[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)]and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result The first exhaust time, first feeding time, first getting out of bed time and postoperative hospital stay in 3H group were significantly shorter than those in conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the PSQI,SDS and SAS scores in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the PSQI,SDS and SAS scores in the 3H group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the two groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of IL-6 and CRP in the 3H group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The to-tal incidence of complications in the 3H group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group(P<0.01).Con-clusion Standardized mode combined with 3H intervention can improve the sleep quality and mental state of patients un-dergoing gastric cancer surgery, reduce the stress response indexes, shorten hospital stay, and facilitate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
