摘要
目的 探讨CT、MRI检查对小肝癌的诊断价值.方法 选取80例小肝癌患者,手术病理检查前均接受CT、MRI检查,两种检查间隔﹤14天,比较CT、MRI检查对小肝癌的检出情况.结果 病理检查结果显示,80例患者共检出93个病灶,均证实为小肝癌.CT平扫共检出62个病灶;增强扫描中,动脉期共检出84个病灶,门脉期共检出68个病灶,延迟期检出共检出70个病灶.MRI检查T1加权成像(T1WI)共检出65个病灶,T2加权成像(T2WI)共检出75个病灶;增强扫描中,动脉期共检出86个病灶,门脉期共检出63个病灶,延迟期共检出74个病灶.MRI检查T2WI对小肝癌的检出率高于CT平扫,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);CT平扫与MRI检查T1WI,CT与MRI动脉期、门脉期、延迟期增强扫描对小肝癌的检出率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05).结论 CT、MRI动脉期增强扫描对小肝癌的检出率均较高,且MRI检查T2WI对小肝癌的检出率高于CT平扫.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of CT and MRI in small liver cancer.Method A total of 80 patients with small liver cancer were selected,and all underwent CT and MRI examinations before pathological exami-nation,with an interval of less than 14 days between the two examinations.The detection of small liver cancer by CT and MRI examination was compared.Result The pathological examination showed that a total of 93 lesions were detected in 80 patients,all of which were confirmed to be small liver cancer.A total of 62 lesions were detected in CT plain scan,in enhanced scan,84 lesions were detected in arterial phase,68 lesions were detected in portal phase,and 70 lesions were detected in delayed phase.A total of 65 lesions were detected on T1-weighted imaging(T1WI)of MRI,75 lesions were detected on T2-weighted imaging(T2WI)of MRI,in enhanced scan,86 lesions were detected in arterial phase,63 lesions were detected in portal phase,and 74 lesions were detected in delayed phase.The detection rate of T2WI in MRI examina-tion for small liver cancer was higher than that of CT plain scan,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the detection rate of small liver cancer between CT plain scan and T1WI in MRI examination,as well as CT and MRI arterial phase,portal phase,and delayed phase enhanced scans(P>0.05).Conclusion CT and MRI arterial phase enhanced scans have higher detection rates for small liver cancer,and T2WI in MRI examination has a higher detection rate for small liver cancer than CT plain scan.
