摘要

目的 分析β-联蛋白(β-catenin)、癌胚抗原(CEA)在肺癌组织中的表达及影响因素.方法 选取130例肺癌患者,收集其肺癌组织及癌旁正常组织标本,免疫组化法检测组织中β-catenin、CEA的表达情况,肺癌患者肺癌组织中β-catenin、CEA表达情况的影响因素采用多因素Logistic回归分析.结果 肺癌组织中β-catenin、CEA的阳性表达率均高于癌旁正常组织,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).不同分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况肺癌患者肺癌组织中β-catenin、CEA阳性表达率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05).多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,分化程度为低中分化、临床分期为Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移均为肺癌患者肺癌组织中β-catenin、CEA阳性表达的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05).结论 β-catenin、CEA在肺癌组织中阳性表达率较高,且其表达与肺癌患者的分化程度、临床分期、淋巴结转移情况密切相关,检测二者的表达情况有助于疾病的早期诊断.

Abstract

Objective To analyze the expression and influencing factors of β-catenin and carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)in lung cancer tissues.Method A total of 130 lung cancer patients were selected and their lung cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were collected.The expression of β-catenin and CEA in the lung cancer tissues and adjacent nor-mal tissues were detected by using immunohistochemical stain.The influencing factors of β-catenin and CEA expression in lung cancer tissues of lung cancer patients were analyzed by using multivariate Logistic regression.Result The posi-tive expression rates of β-catenin and CEA in lung cancer tissues were higher than those in the adjacent normal tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of β-catenin and CEA in lung can-cer tissues of lung cancer patients with different degrees of differentiation,clinical stages,and lymph node metastasis were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic analysis showed that low to moderate differentiation,clinical stage Ⅲ-Ⅳ,and lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors for positive ex-pression of β-catenin and CEA in lung cancer tissues of lung cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expres-sion rates of β-catenin and CEA in lung cancer tissues are relatively high,and their expression are closely related to the differentiation degree,clinical stage,and lymph node metastasis of lung cancer patients.Detecting the expression of both is helpful for early diagnosis of the disease.
