Application effect of three-dimensional intervention model in patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure after liver cancer surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of three-dimensional intervention model in patients with acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)after liver cancer surgery.Method A total of 106 postoperative ACLF patients with liver cancer were divided into observation group(three-dimensional intervention mode)of 57 cases and control group(conventional intervention)of 49 cases according to different intervention modes. The scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),general quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were compared between the two groups, and the incidence of complications was recorded.Result After the intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistical-ly significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the scores of physical function, physiological function, social function and material life of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the scores of physical function,physio-logical function, social function and material life of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The ap-plication of three-dimensional intervention model in patients with ACLF after liver cancer surgery can effectively im-prove the psychological status of patients, improve the quality of sleep and life, and effectively reduce the incidence of re-lated complications, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
