Influence of information-motivation-behavior model intervention on self-efficacy and cognitive level of patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy
Objective To explore the influence of information-motivation-behavior model intervention on self-effica-cy and cognitive level of patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy.Method According to dif-ferent intervention methods,95 patients with primary liver cancer undergoing interventional therapy were divided into control group(n=47)and observation group(n=48).The control group received routine intervention,while the observa-tion group received information-motivation-behavior model intervention on the basis of the control group.The self-man-agement level,cognitive level,compliance and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention,the scores of dietary management,treatment management,emotional and psychological management,and physical activi-ty management in the two groups were lower than those before intervention,the scores of dietary management,treatment management,emotional and psychological management,and physical activity management in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,scientific medication,self-care,and healthy diet of the two groups were higher than those be-fore intervention,the scores of disease knowledge,scientific medication,self-care,and healthy diet in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After inter-vention,the compliance with rehabilitation exercise,regular intervention,dietary guidance,and satisfaction with nursing methods,nurse patient communication,nursing outcomes in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The information-motivation-behavior mod-el intervention can improve the self-management level and cognitive level of patients with primary liver cancer undergo-ing interventional therapy,and has high treatment compliance and satisfaction.
