Effect of psychological intervention based on Snyder's hope theory on chemotherapy adverse reaction, psychological resilience and hope level in patients with lung cancer
Objective To explore the effect of psychological intervention based on Snyder's hope theory on chemo-therapy adverse reaction, psychological resilience and hope level in patients with lung cancer.Method A total of 122 pa-tients with lung cancer were divided into control group and study group according to different intervention methods,61 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and patients in the study group received psychological intervention based on Snyder's hope theory. The psychological resilience[10-item Connor-Davidson resil-ience scale(CD-RISC10)],hope level[Herth hope index(HHI)],pulmonary function indexes, adverse reactions and treat-ment compliance were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the scores of CD-RISC10 and HHI in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the total lung capacity, vital capacity and diffusion capacity of carbon monoxide in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the treatment compliance rate was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Psychological intervention based on Snyder's hope theory can effectively improve the psychological resilience and hope level of lung cancer patients, improve lung function, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and improve treat-ment compliance.
