晚期肺癌患者参与治疗决策现状及影响因素分析

摘要
目的 探讨晚期肺癌患者参与治疗决策现状及影响因素.方法 采用癌症患者参与治疗决策调查问卷、社会支持评定量表、医疗决策评价性调查问卷对301例晚期肺癌患者进行调查,分析晚期肺癌患者参与治疗决策的影响因素.结果 多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,医师让患者参与决策情况、医疗负担均是晚期肺癌患者参与治疗决策态度的影响因素(P﹤0.05);医师让患者参与决策情况、对支持的利用度、疾病分型知晓情况均是晚期肺癌患者实际参与治疗决策程度的影响因素(P﹤0.05).结论 医护人员应识别肺癌患者参与治疗决策的主要影响因素,及时采取针对性干预措施,以达到改善患者参与治疗决策态度并提升其实际参与程度的目的.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of advanced lung cancer patients involving in treatment decision-making.Method A total of 301 patients with advanced lung cancer were investigated by involving in treatment decision-making questionnaire,social support rating scale and medical decision evaluation questionnaire to ana-lyze the influencing factors of involving in treatment decision-making.Result The results of multivariate Logistic re-gression analysis showed that doctors'participation of patients in decision-making and medical burden were the influenc-ing factors for the attitude of patients with advanced lung cancer to involve in treatment decision-making(P<0.05).The participation of doctors'participation of patients in decision-making,the utilization of support,and knowing disease clas-sification were influencing factors for the actual participation in treatment decision-making of advanced lung cancer pa-tients(P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should identify the main influencing factors of lung cancer patients'participa-tion in treatment decision-making and take timely targeted intervention measures to improve patients'attitude and actual participation in treatment decision-making.
