Diagnostic value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations in endometrial cancer
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-di-mensional ultrasound examinations in endometrial cancer(EC).Method A total of 92 suspected EC patients underwent transvaginal two-dimensional and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations.Pathological examination results was used as the gold standard, the diagnostic value of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound examinations for EC was compared, and the consistency between the transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examina-tion in diagnosing EC staging and pathological examination was analyzed.Result The sensitivity, specificity, and accu-racy of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC were higher than those of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound examination, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The consistency be-tween transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC staging and pathological examination was high(Kappa=0.814,P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examina-tion is higher than that of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound examination, and the consistency between transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound examination in diagnosing EC staging and pathological examination is high.
