Effect of integrated collaborative intervention on psychological states, compliance of postoperative chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated collaborative intervention on psychological states,com-pliance of postoperative chemotherapy patients with ovarian cancer.Method A total of 105 patients with ovarian cancer were divided into control group(n=52)and observation group(n=53)according to different intervention methods.Pa-tients in control group received routine intervention, and patients in observation group received integrated collaborative intervention.Self-management efficacy, psychological status, compliance and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result After the intervention, the positive attitude,self-decision making and self-stress reduction scores in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the positive attitude,self-decision making and self-stress reduction scores of observation group were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)in both groups were lower than those before the intervention, and the scores of SDS and SAS in observation group were low-er than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of observa-tion group was higher than that of control group, and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of con-trol group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated collaborative intervention can improve the self-management efficiency, improve the adverse psychological state and the compliance, reduce the inci-dence of adverse reactions in patients with ovarian cancer after chemotherapy.
