Application effect of malnutrition five-step treatment model in patients undergoing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of malnutrition five-step treatment model in patients undergo-ing laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.Method A total of 96 patients with gastric cancer were randomly divided into con-trol group and observation group by drawing lots, with 48 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received con-ventional nutritional intervention, and patients in the observation group received malnutrition five-step treatment model on the basis of the control group. The postoperative recovery indexes, nutritional indexes[hemoglobin(Hb),prealbumin(PAB),albumin(ALB),transferrin(TRF)],T lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+levels and CD4+/CD8+)and compli-cations of the two groups were compared.Result The first getting out of bed time, first exhaust time, bowel sound recov-ery time, first feeding time, catheter indwelling time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the levels of Hb,PAB,ALB and TRF in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the levels of Hb,PAB,ALB and TRF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the levels of CD8+were lower than those before intervention, and the levels of CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of CD8+was lower than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of malnutrition five-step treatment model in patients with laparoscopic radical gastrectomy can promote postoperative recovery, improve nutri-tional status and immune function of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.
