Application effect of staged rehabilitation therapy combined with targeted psychological intervention in patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy
Objective To explore the application effect of staged rehabilitation therapy combined with targeted psy-chological intervention in patients with laparoscopic hepatectomy(LH).Method A total of 60 LH patients were divided into control group(n=25)and observation group(n=35)according to different intervention methods. All patients received staged rehabilitation therapy during perioperative period. The control group received routine intervention on the basis of staged rehabilitation therapy, and the observation group received targeted psychological intervention on the basis of staged rehabilitation therapy. The psychological state[brief profile of mood states(BPOMS)],quality of life[liver disease quality of life questionnaire(LDQOL)],incidence of postoperative complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result After intervention, the dimensional scores of BPOMS scale in two groups were lower than those be-fore intervention, the dimensional scores of LDQOL scale were higher than those before intervention, the dimensional scores of BPOMS scale in observation group were lower than those in control group, the dimensional scores of LDQOL scale were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci-dence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group, the total satisfaction rate was higher than that in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Staged re-habilitation therapy combined with targeted psychological intervention in patients with LH can significantly improve the psychological states of patients, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satis-faction of patients.
