Application effect of cognitive behavioral therapy based on fast-track surgery theory in laryngeal cancer patients
Objective To explore the application effect of cognitive behavioral therapy based on fast-track surgery theory in laryngeal cancer patients.Method According to different intervention methods,100 patients with laryngeal cancer surgery were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=57).The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received cognitive behavioral therapy intervention based on fast-track surgery theory on the basis of control group. The postoperative recovery indicators, psychological status[self-rating anxi-ety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)],sleep quality[self-rating scale of sleep(SRSS)],stress response indi-cators[C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)],nutritional status indicators[hemoglobin(Hb),albumin(ALB)]and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result The length of hospital stay, tracheal tube wearing time, and nasogastric tube wearing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the SAS,SDS,and SRSS scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, the SAS,SDS,and SRSS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the levels of CRP and IL-6 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, while the levels of CRP and IL-6 in the observa-tion group were lower than those in the control group, the Hb and ALB levels in the control group were lower than those before intervention and the observation group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total inci-dence of complications in the observation group was 3.51%,which was lower than 16.28%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive behavioral therapy based on fast-track surgery theory can significantly promote postoperative recovery of laryngeal cancer patients, improve their psychological state, sleep quality, and nutritional status, and alleviate stress reactions and complications.
