Differential diagnosis value of ovarian-adnexal ultrasound reporting and data system classification combined ultrasound image features in benign and malignant ovarian adnexal masses
Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of ovarian-adnexal ultrasound reporting and data system(O-RADS)classification combined ultrasound image features in benign and malignant ovarian adnexal masses.Method A total of 140 patients with ovarian adrenal masses classified as O-RADS 3-5 were selected. All patients under-went color Doppler ultrasound examination.Using pathological examination results as the gold standard, the receiver op-erating characteristic curve was drawn, the area under the curve(AUC)was calculated, and the diagnostic value of O-RADS classification and multiple ultrasound image features single and combined examination in malignant ovarian adre-nal masses were analyzed.Result Pathological examination results showed that there were 147 ovarian adnexal masses in 140 patients,56 were malignant(including borderline tumors)and 91 were benign;46 ovarian adnexal masse were O-RADS 3,61 were O-RADS 4,and 40 were O-RADS 5.The AUC of O-RADS classification combined maximum diame-ter of tumor solid part, blood flow score and tumor morphology in the diagnosis of malignant ovarian adrenal tumor was 0.959,higher than 0.738,0.882,0.913,0.894 of each index single examination. Conclusion On the basis of O-RADS classification in the qualitative diagnosis of ovarian adnexal masses, combined color Doppler ultrasound image features such as the maximum diameter of the solid part, blood flow score and tumor morphology can further improve the differen-tial diagnosis efficiency of benign and malignant ovarian adnexal masses.
