Diagnostic value of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound image features single and combined examinations in breast cancer
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound image features single and combined examinations in breast cancer.Method A total of 80 patients of suspected breast cancer were select-ed and all received ultrasound examination and contrast-enhanced ultrasound.Based on the pathological examination re-sults as the gold standard,the patients were divided into the benign group and the malignant group.The ultrasound image features,contrast-enhanced ultrasound image features,and quantitative parameters of contrast-enhanced ultrasound time-intensity curve were compared between the two groups,and the diagnostic value of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ul-trasound image features single and combined examinations in diagnosing breast cancer were evaluated.Result The path-ological examination results showed that there were 64 cases of malignant and 16 cases of benign,and classified as the malignant group and the benign group,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the malignant group and the benign group in ultrasound image features such as calcification,edge,posterior echo,and morphology,as well as contrast-enhanced ultrasound image features such as enhancement intensity,enhancement time,and resolution time(P<0.05).The average intensity in the malignant group was significantly higher than that in the benign group,and the peak intensity was significantly lower than that in the benign group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound image features com-bined examation in diagnosing breast cancer were 85.94%,100%and 88.75%,respectively,which were higher than those of imaging features single examinations(P<0.05).Conclusion The ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound image features combined examation has high value in the diagnosis of breast cancer,which is of great significance for the early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.
