Application of mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with Newman system intervention in liver cancer patients undergoing surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with Newman system intervention in liver cancer patients undergoing surgery.Method A total of 135 patients with liver can-cer were divided into observation group, control group A and control group B according to random number table,45 cas-es in each group.Control group A was given mindfulness-based stress reduction training, control group B was given New-man system intervention, and observation group was given mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with Newman system intervention.Postoperative rehabilitation, psychological state[profile of mood states-short form(POMS-SF)],post-traumatic stress disorder[post-traumatic stress symptoms self-rating scale(PCL-C)]and postoperative shiver-ing were compared between the 3 groups.Result The first postoperative exhaust time, first defecation time, first feeding time, first getting out of bed time and postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group A and control group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the POMS-SF scale in observation group and control group A were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of each dimension of the POMS-SF scale in observation group were lower than those in con-trol group A and control group B,and the scores of each dimension of the POMS-SF scale in control group A were lower than those in control group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of each dimension of the PCL-C scale in the 3 groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of each dimen-sion of the PCL-C scale in observation group were lower than those in control group A and control group B,the differenc-es were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of postoperative shivering in observation group and control group B were lower than those in control group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness-based stress reduction training combined with Newman system intervention can help to regulate the psycho-logical state of liver cancer patients undergoing surgery, alleviate post-traumatic stress disorder, reduce postoperative shiv-ering,and promote early postoperative recovery.
