Application effect of health education based on Heider balance theory in early non-small cell lung cancer patients undergoing CT-guided radiofrequency ablation
Objective To explore the application effect of health education based on Heider balance theory in early non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)patients undergoing CT-guided radiofrequency ablation(RFA).Method A total of 112 patients with early NSCLC received RFA treatment were divided into Heider balance theory health education group(n=57,received health education based on Heider balance theory)and conventional health education group(n=55,re-ceived conventional health education)according to different intervention methods. The pain degree[visual analogue scale(VAS)],negative emotions[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scales(SDS)],pressure perception con-dition[perceived stress scale(PSS),depression anxiety stress scale(DASS)],disease uncertainty[Mishel uncertainty of illness scale(MUIS)],quality of life[European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life ques-tionnaire core 30(EORTC QLQ-C30)],and complications were compared between the two groups.Result At the com-pletion of intervention and home visit, the VAS scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the VAS scores in Heider balance theory health education group were lower than those in conventional health education group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of SAS,SDS,PSS and DASS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of SAS,SDS,PSS and DASS in Heider balance theory health education group were lower than those in conventional health education group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the dimensional scores of MUIS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the dimensional scores of MUIS in Heider balance theory health education group were low-er than those in conventional health education group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, and the dimensional scores of EORTC QLQ-C30 in Heider balance theory health education group were higher than those in conventional health education group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in Heider balance theory health education group was lower than that in conventional health education group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education based on Heider balance theory in early NSCLC patients treated with CT-guided RFA can reduce the degree of pain, relieve neg-ative emotions, alleviate disease uncertainty and pressure perception, improve quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
