Application effect of single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer combined with stepped analgesia intervention in patients with lung cancer
Objective To investigate the application effect of single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung can-cer combined with stepped analgesia intervention in patients with lung cancer.Method A total of 210 patients with lung cancer were divided into conventional group(n=100)and analgesic group(n=110)according to different intervention methods. All patients underwent single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer, the conventional group re-ceived conventional intervention during perioperative period, the analgesic group received stepped analgesic intervention during perioperative period. The postoperative indexes, analgesia, pulmonary function indexes[maximal voluntary venti-lation(MVV),forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)],pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)],cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)]and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result The first time of getting out of bed and the time of drainage tube placement in the analgesic group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group, the utilization rate of analgesic drugs was significantly lower than that in the conventional group, the total satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in the conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Two days after intervention, the FVC,MVV,FEV1 and VAS scores in two groups were lower than those one day before intervention, the MMSE scores were higher than those one day before intervention, the FVC,MVV,FEV1 and MMSE score in analgesic group were higher than those in convention-al group, the VAS score was lower than that in conventional group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Single-port thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer combined with stepped analgesia interven-tion can promote postoperative recovery of lung cancer patients, effectively reduce pain of patients, improve cognitive sta-tus,pulmonary function and satisfaction rate of patients.
