Effect of mindfulness decompression training on cancer-related fatigue, mental state and self-efficacy in patients with endometrial carcinoma after surgery
Objective To explore the effect of mindfulness decompression training on cancer-related fatigue, mental state and self-efficacy in patients with endometrial carcinoma after surgery.Method A total of 120 patients with endome-trial carcinoma surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to different intervention meth-ods,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received routine intervention, and patients in the observa-tion group received mindfulness decompression training on the basis of the control group. The cancer-related fatigue[re-vised Piper fatigue scale(RPFS)],mental state[Hamilton depression scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)],self-efficacy[strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)]and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the dimensional scores of RPFS in both groups were lower than those before intervention, the dimensional scores of SUPPH were higher than those before intervention, the dimensional scores of RPFS in observation group were lower than those in control group, the dimensional scores of SUPPH were higher than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the HAMD and HAMA scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and the HAMD and HAMA scores in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mindfulness decompression training can improve cancer-related fatigue and mental state of patients with endometrial car-cinoma after surgery, improve patients'self-efficacy,and shorten the length of hospital stay.
