Objective To investigate the efficacy of FLOT regimen in patients with advanced gastric cancer.Method A total of 106 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into FLOT group and SOX group according to differ-ent chemotherapy regimens, with 53 cases in each group.FLOT group was treated with FLOT chemotherapy,SOX group was treated with SOX chemotherapy. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor(TNF)-α,interleukin(IL)-6,IL-10],tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate anti-gen(CA)19-9,CA125,CA72-4],nutritional status indicators[total protein(TP),transferiron(TRF),prealbumin(PAB),albumin(ALB)],cancer-induced fatigue[revised Piper fatigue scale(RPFS)]and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Result The objective response rate(ORR)in FLOT group was higher than that in SOX group, and the incidence of alopecia was lower than that in SOX group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy, the levels of CRP,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,TRF,ALB,PAB and TP increased, while the levels of CEA,CA19-9,CA125 and CA72-4 decreased in both groups, the levels of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α,CEA,CA19-9,CA125 and CA72-4 in FLOT group were lower than those in SOX group, while the levels of IL-10,TRF,ALB,PAB and TP were higher than those in SOX group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After chemotherapy, the scores of each dimension of RPFS in FLOT group were significantly lower than those in SOX group, the differences were statisti-cally significant(P<0.01).Conclusion FLOT chemotherapy is more effective in the treatment of advanced gastric can-cer patients, can reduce the level of serum tumor markers and cancer-related fatigue, improve the nutritional status, and has good safety.
