Objective A Meta-analysis of clinical study data on different remedial treatments for unexpectedly dis-covery early cervical cancer was conducted to find a better remedial treatment.Method All literatures related to clinical trials of remedial treatment of unexpectedly discovery early cervical cancer in Pubmed,Embase and CNKI databases from 1990 to 2022 were searched. The literatures were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, and the rele-vant data were extracted. The literature was evaluated for risk of bias, and Meta-analysis was performed on survival,inci-dence of complications and postoperative indexes of second operation of different remedial treatments, and results were tested for heterogeneity, sensitivity analysis, subgroup analysis and publication bias assessment.Result A total of 26 lit-eratures were included. The analysis results showed that the survival rate of remedial radiotherapy was similar to that of second operation for unexpectedly discovery early cervical cancer, but the incidence of complication was higher than sec-ond operation. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the incidence of complication after second operation was 6.2%(95%CI:3.1%-10.0%),and the incidence of complication after remedial radiotherapy was 33.0%(95%CI:21.0%-45.0%).Conclusion For patients with unexpectedly discovery early cervical cancer, the incidence of complication of second op-eration is lower than that of remedial radiotherapy, but the choice of operation timing is still inconclusive.Due to the limi-tations of the quality of the included literature and the number of included cases, the above conclusions still need to be confirmed by more large-sample studies.
