Curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology combined with hot compress on colorectal cancer patients and its influence on immune function
Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology com-bined with hot compress on colorectal cancer patients and its influence on immune function.Method A total of 91 pa-tients with colorectal cancer were divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=46)according to different treatment methods. The control group was given hot compress treatment, and the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, immune function index and quality of life improvement of the two groups were compared.Result After treatment, the scores of shortness of breath, lazy speech, pale yellow face, poor food intake, lethargy in two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores of shortness of breath, lazy speech, pale yellow face, poor food intake, lethargy in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of CD4+,regulatory T cell(Treg),natural killer(NK)cell, immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgM and IgA in both groups were lower than those before treatment, the levels of CD8+were higher than those before treatment, and the levels of CD4+,Treg and NK cell in observation group were higher than those in control group, the levels of CD8+,IgG,IgM and IgA were lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement rate of quality of life in observation group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine appropriate technology combined with hot compress can improve the thera-peutic effect and immune function of patients with colorectal cancer, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
