Application effect of early rehabilitation intervention based on information version of modified early warning score in patients with severe pneumonia after lung cancer surgery
Objective To investigate the application effect of early rehabilitation intervention based on information version of modified early warning score(MEWS)in patients with severe pneumonia after lung cancer surgery.Method A total of 86 patients with severe pneumonia after lung cancer surgery were divided into control group(n=41,convention-al intervention)and early group(n=45,early rehabilitation intervention based on information version of MEWS)accord-ing to different intervention methods.The indexes related to mechanical ventilation,severity of disease,physiological health status[acute physiology and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHEⅡ)],multiple organ function status[multiple or-gan dysfunction syndrome(MODS)scoring system]and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Result The time of pneumonia control and mechanical ventilation in early group were significantly shorter than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention,the MEWS and APACHEⅡ scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention,the MEWS and APACHEⅡ scores in early group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the dimensional scores of MODS scoring system in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the dimensional scores of MODS scoring system in early group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse events in early group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Con-clusion Early rehabilitation intervention based on information version of MEWS can shorten the time of pneumonia con-trol and mechanical ventilation in patients with severe pneumonia after lung cancer surgery,improve disease condition,physiological health status and organ function,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
