Objective To explore the application effect of solution-focused group intervention in acute myeloid leuke-mia patients.Method A total of 106 patients with acute myeloid leukemia were divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=63)based on different intervention methods. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received solution-focused group intervention. The negative emotions[the generalized anxiety disor-der 7-item scale(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire-9(PHQ-9)],quality of life[generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)],blood routine indicators, incidence of adverse reactions, and survival rate of 6 months follow-up were com-pared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores of both groups were lower than those before intervention, the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of GQO-LI-74 in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in the observa-tion group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After in-tervention,the white blood cell count of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, platelet count was higher than that of the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, the 6-month survival rate was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Solution-focused group intervention can significantly alleviate negative emotional relief in patients with acute myeloid leukemia, improve quality of life and survival rate, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, improve white blood cell and platelet counts, and thus improve patient prognosis.
