Analysis of influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients
Objective To investigate the influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients.Method A total of 130 gastric cancer patients were divided into metastatic group(n=21)and non-metastatic group(n=109)according to whether lymph node metastasis occurred. The clinical characteristics of the two groups were compared, and the influencing factors of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients were analyzed by multivariate Logistic re-gression model.Result There were significant differences in smoking history, lesion location, tumor diameter, degree of differentiation, depth of invasion, nerve invasion, vasculature and lymphatic vessel invasion between metastatic group and non-metastatic group(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that history of smoking, lesion locat-ed in the distal stomach, tumor diameter>3 cm,poorly differentiated, invasion depth above M2,nerve invasion, vascular and lymphatic vessel invasion were risk factors for lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients(P<0.05).Conclusion History of smoking, lesion located in the distal stomach, tumor diameter>3 cm,poorly differentiated, invasion depth above M2,nerve invasion, vascular and lymphatic vessel invasion were risk factors for lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients.Clinical screening and early intervention of high-risk population should be strengthened to reduce the inci-dence of lymph node metastasis in gastric cancer patients, and more effective treatment measures should be taken to im-prove the survival rate of patients.
