Influence of information-motivation-behavior skills model combined with psychological intervention on emotional state and quality of life in postoperative patients with breast cancer
Objective To explore the influence of information-motivation-behavior skills model(IMB)combined with psychological intervention on emotional state and quality of life in postoperative patients with breast cancer.Method According to the different intervention methods,92 patients with breast cancer surgery were divided into control group(n=50)and combination group(n=42).The patients in the control group were given routine intervention, and the patients in the combination group were given IMB combined with psychological intervention. The emotional state[self-rating de-pression scale(SDS),self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],functional exercise compliance, quality of life[World Health Orga-nization quality of life-brief(WHOQOL-BREF)],complications and intervention satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result After intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of both groups were lower than those before inter-vention,the scores of all dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those before intervention, the SDS and SAS scores of the combination group were lower than those of the control group, and scores of all dimensions of WHOQOL-BREF were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After inter-vention,the compliance scores of postoperative precautions, physical function exercise, and actively seeking advice in both groups were higher than those before intervention, the compliance scores of postoperative precautions, physical func-tion exercise, and actively seeking advice in the combination group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the combination group was lower than that in the control group, and the overall satisfaction rate was higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion IMB combined with psychological intervention can significantly improve the emotional state of postoperative breast cancer patients, improve the quality of life and func-tional exercise compliance, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and thus improve the satisfaction of inter-vention.
